Executive Janitorial Services is a California based
company. Our offices are located in Newport Beach, California.
SUPERVISION
Executive Janitorial Services is closely managed by
a management staff and it's supervisors to assure the finest service to the customer.
Executive Janitorial Services maintains a 24 hour emergency telephone line with a 15 min. or better
response time. Supervisors are on call at all times. The owner is available 24 hours a
day.
PERSONNEL
We are an equal opportunity employer. All personnel
are screened and references checked to ensure reliability and competence. All new
employees are cross trained to insure consistence service to our customers .
COURTESY
SERVICES
Our janitors are trained to be your eyes and ears
when they are on site. They will:
- Report any unsecured doors, windows, etc..
- Report any burned out lights
- Report any graffiti
- Report any leaking faucets and other plumbing problems
- Notify a designated persons if any unusual problems in the building
found.
Security and
Safety
All employees are screened from previous work
records for ability, reliability, and eligibility. Complete records are maintained on each
individual. Work on your premises will be performed only by permanently assigned employees
or crew during authorized hours. When work is completed, employees secure all doors,
locks, windows, and comply with alarms and security procedures. All facility keys will
carry a 3 digit ID. code to keep keys from being identified with a specific building.
Dayporter
Services
If required for your building, Executive Service
can provide highly trained and qualified individuals for dayporter service. These
employees will be English speaking, neatly attired in full uniform, and can be provided
with pagers for ease of communication.
The duties of the dayporters can be specified by
your company. Executive Janitorial Services can also suggest duties that will be tailored to your
specific needs.

GENERAL OFFICES AREAS CLEANING
I. DAILY
1. Vacuum all carpeted traffic areas.
2. Empty trash and take to trash pick up area.
3. Install trash liners and replace as necessary.
4. Dust mop all hard surfaces floors and spot wet mop.
5. Dust all horizontal surfaces.
6. Spot clean carpet for spills or stains.
7. Dust all open areas on desks and credenzas. (Does not include
uncolored desk tops or desk top accessories).
8. Empty and wipe all ashtrays.
9. Polish drinking fountains.
10. Clean all glass table tops and doors.
11. Spot clean all glass partitions
12. Check doors and windows upon completion of work assignment.
13. Set all alarms and leave on only designated lights.
14. Spot clean fingerprints from doors, door frames,
counters, and file cabinets.
II. WEEKLY

1. Perform high dusting
(door sashes, tops of partitions, etc.).
2. Brush down ceiling vents and cobwebs.
3. Disinfect telephones.
4. Vacuum fabric furniture.
5. Machine scrub and reapply floor finish on composite floors per
cost guidelines.
6. Dust mini blinds.
IV. QUARTERLY FLOOR SERVICES
1. Strip, scrub and wax vinyl tile floors per cost guidelines and
facility needs.
RESTROOMS
I. DAILY SERVICES
1. Empty and wipe out all waste paper receptacles.
2. Empty sanitary napkin containers and replace paper inserts.
3. Clean and disinfect wash basins, urinals, and toilet bowls,
including - top and underside of toilet seats.
4. Refill soap, towel, tissue, and seat cover dispensers.
5. Mop floors with a germicidal solution.
6. Spot clean walls and toilet dispensers.
7. Clean and polish all dispenser.
8. Polish all metal and mirrors.
II. WEEKLY SERVICES
1. Wash all waste containers and disinfect.
2. Clean and polish all doors, door plates and hardware.
3. Run water down floor drains to prevent sewer gasses.
III. MONTHLY SERVICES
1. Wash down and disinfect partitions inside and out.
2. Machine scrub and reapply floor finish to all composite floors.
3. Detail all restroom fixtures.
4. Brush and clean all grills and vents.
OPERATIONAL
STARTUPS
In order for the housekeeping program to be
productive from its inception, considerable work and planning will be done prior to the
actual installation of services.
As time allows, approximately two weeks prior to
the start of service is requested but not required in emergency cases, our sales
representative, account manager, and operations manager along with other necessary staff
will walk the facility with the on-site manager to ensure knowledge for all parties
involved in the cleaning of your facility. Understanding of everything from the security
system to where to dispose of the trash will be reviewed during that tour and documented.
We ask for a 24-hour emergency number in case of fire or other emergency. All personnel
are instructed to report any damage, breakage, and / or plumbing problems immediately to
their Executive Janitorial Services supervisor so your facility can be notified early the following
day. If the issue is urgent, you will be notified immediately.
Executive Janitorial Services furnishes all supplies, and
equipment necessary to perform all services agreed upon in the original proposal. Only
approved and tested high-quality materials are used to maintain your facility. Restroom
supplies can be provided upon request and will be billed according to usage on a price per
case basis.
All supplies and equipment are ordered one week in
advance of startup date.
In addition to the screening and training process
already described, all personnel will be given a copy of all startup information including
specifications, and operational startup forms filled out by the operations manager and
supervisor. Cross checking that all systems are in place is an important aspect of
ensuring a smooth transition.
